Welcome to SG Rot Prand Travel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (sgrotprand.com) and our travel services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
SG Rot Prand Travel Pty Ltd ("SG Rot Prand Travel," "we," "us," or "our") is an Australian travel agency registered in New South Wales with ABN 12 345 678 901. We operate from our registered office at 42 Circular Quay West, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.
We are a member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) and are accredited under the AFTA Travel Accreditation Scheme (ATAS), ensuring we meet high standards of business discipline, training, solvency, and compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
SG Rot Prand Travel acts as an agent selling travel products and services on behalf of third-party suppliers such as airlines, tour operators, hotels, and other accommodation providers, transportation companies, and other service providers. We arrange travel services for customers and provide advice and information about travel destinations and experiences, particularly within Australia.
When you make a booking with us, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party. If you are making a booking for more than one person, you are responsible for informing all other members of your party about these Terms and ensuring their compliance.
Your booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment (as applicable) and issued a written confirmation. Until then, your booking is not secured. Please check your confirmation documents carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
Payment terms vary depending on the type of service booked:
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), direct bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking. For credit card payments, a surcharge may apply in accordance with the amount charged to us by the card provider.
Prices for travel services are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Even after confirmation, prices may change due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes. We will advise you of any price changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:
Certain products may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated during the booking process.
If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will endeavor to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes will be possible. Change fees may apply, and you will be responsible for any price difference resulting from the change.
While we strive to provide all services as described, we may occasionally need to make changes to or cancel arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances. If a significant change or cancellation becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and offer the following options:
We will not be liable for any changes or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil disturbance, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, and similar events ("Force Majeure Events").
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and loss or damage to personal belongings. For travel to certain destinations, we may require proof of adequate travel insurance as a condition of your booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health certificates where required. Australian citizens traveling domestically need photo identification for flights. International travelers must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond their return date and appropriate visas for all countries visited.
You should consult with your doctor or a travel medicine specialist about health requirements for your destination(s). Some travel services may require specific health information or certificates, particularly in light of COVID-19 or other health concerns.
We recommend checking the Australian Government's Smart Traveller website (www.smartraveller.gov.au) for up-to-date travel advice about your destination(s).
If you have any special requirements (such as dietary restrictions, mobility limitations, or medical conditions), please inform us at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that all service providers will be able to meet every request.
You agree to behave reasonably throughout your trip and to respect other travelers, staff, and local cultures and customs. If, in our opinion or the opinion of any service provider, your behavior is causing danger, distress, or annoyance to others, we reserve the right to terminate your travel arrangements without notice or refund.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries you visit. You are responsible for any damages or losses caused by your failure to comply with such laws and regulations.

We will accept responsibility for the arrangements we agree to provide or arrange for you as the operator or agent. Subject to these Terms, if we or our suppliers negligently perform or arrange the services which we are obliged to provide, we will pay you reasonable compensation. The level of compensation will be calculated taking into account all relevant factors, including the price of the service, any steps it was reasonable for you to take to minimize the inconvenience/damage suffered, and the extent to which the deficiency or improper performance can have affected your enjoyment of the package.
Our liability will be limited in accordance with applicable international conventions, including the Warsaw Convention 1929 (as amended) and the Montreal Convention 1999 for international travel by air, the Berne Convention 1961 for rail travel, the Athens Convention 1974 for travel by sea, and the Paris Convention 1962 for accommodation arrangements.
We will not be liable where:
We may provide information about excursions or activities available in your destination. Excursions or activities that you book or pay for while away are not part of your package provided by us and are not governed by these Terms. For any excursion or activity, your contract will be with the supplier of that excursion or activity, and not with us. We are not responsible for the provision of such excursions or activities or for anything that happens during their provision by the supplier.
Our liability to you will not be limited to the extent that any applicable statute prohibits such a limitation, including the Australian Consumer Law. Under these laws, you may have rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Nothing in these Terms limits those statutory rights.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your travel arrangements, you should report it immediately to the relevant supplier (e.g., hotel manager, airline staff) and to our representative (if applicable), who will endeavor to resolve the matter. If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us in writing within 28 days of returning from your trip, providing all relevant information and your booking reference. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and provide a full response within 28 days.
To process your booking and provide our services, we need to collect personal information from you. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website or upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the amended Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other written information we brought to your attention before we confirmed your booking, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your booking and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
